Meditation can transform ordinary, everyday existence and survival into something truly meaningful and wonderful. Meditation is a beautiful way of getting to know yourself. When we go within and get in touch with the still quiet voice that resides in each of us, we commune with our spirit. It is also a great tool for relaxing the mind and to access your creative self.

Grace teaches different meditation techniques to suit the individual. She uses the breath, colour and sound in the sessions. Private sessions are available as well as group sessions.
